I need someone to take over my lease from January-July. It is The Reserves Apartments, it's only $399 per month, fully furnished and all utilities included except electric which you would split between 3 other roommates. Cable and wifi are also included. You get your own room with a lock and bathroom, but share a common living room and kitchen. Full size washer and dryer are included as well. The apartments are only a mile from campus and on the UTSA shuttle route. Must be female, preferably pretty laid back. Contact me if interested or want to see the apartment! Morgan
