Single room available in a 3000 sq ft house in a good neighborhood. My boyfriend and I own the house and are looking for a clean and easy to live with roommate. Private parking, hot tub, plenty of storage, close to freeway access, close to U of U and Westminster. Queen bed and frame available if needed. Preferably no pets, we have a well behaved chocolate lab, but it is open for discussion.
