****Rent includes heat and hot water*** My huge room in a large 3BR apartment right at Inman Square is opening up March 1, 2015. The room is huge (12'x16') and received lots of natural light. The apartment has 2 others rooms and a den (which is rented by one of the roommates). We have a living room, bathroom, kitchen, shared storage space and in-unit washer and dryer. The current lease runs until Aug 31, 2015 and you will have an option to renew for next year. You will share the apartment with two other people, both graduate students (one guy, one girl). They are very friendly, clean, respectful - overall very good people. I expect you to be the same. The rent *includes* heat, hot water and free in-unit washer and dryer! During the winter, heating easily runs up to $100 per person. So, lots of savings at least until April (or May, who knows how long this winter will go!). Internet and electricity is extra - approximately $35-40 per month per person. Apartment facilities/amenities nearby: - Hardwood floors - In-unit laundry (free) - Eat-in kitchen (with utensils) - Whole Foods next door/Market Basket 10 minute walk - Lots of cool bars and restaurants next door - 12-15 minute walk to Central/Harvard; 20 minute walk to MIT - 10 minute walk to Union Square - 5 minute bus to Green and Red line - Zipcar in house parking lot! - On-street parking (with Somerville license plate) - Off- paid parking behind the house Facilities-wise, it does not get better than this. First month rent and last month rent will be required upfront. There isn't a better deal in town right now. Available now. Respond asap!
