Hello my name is Liz and we are renting out a room in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on Adobe Falls Road. Rent is 700 for a private room, and includes your utilities. (electricity, water, and wifi access) The complex also has a pool and BBQ area! The living room, kitchen, and patio are fully furnished. You would have full access to anything in the condo. You would also get your own parking spot! The condo is centrally located just minutes away from downtown, beaches, SDSU, and Mission trails. We are also less than a mile from the Grantville trolley stop. The complex we live in has a mix of SDSU students, recent grads, and families. It is a reasonably quite neighborhood but we do have fun. We try to have game nights, BBQs and other social gatherings with friends and once or twice a month. We would love for you to be apart of these gatherings and bring some of your friends too. We own the condo so will be landlords/living in the condo but that also means we will make sure that everything is working and anything needing fixed will be fixed right away because we live there too!
