IF INTERESTED ME PERSONALLY. I can't see on here The entire apartment contains 4 rooms. Two singles and two doubles. I currently share a double with another girl but am looking to move out and have another girl take over my lease, the other double has two more girls and both the singles are taken by men. Super relaxed young roommates that are in college or have jobs. I've never had any problems with them, we mainly just do our own things. Everything is individual through the leasing office so you never have to worry about anybody rent on time. Rent is $589 which includes two extras (parking and furniture). The parking spot in the parking garage is $65 per month added onto the rent and furniture rentals are $25 per month added onto the rent (unfortunately those aren't negotiable because according to the leasing office there's no " downgrading"). The furniture includes a full size bed with 4 drawers underneath and a large desk. There's also an equipped 24 hr gym, open BBQ's, a pool and a washer and dryer in the apartment. Looking to move out between now and February 1. If you sign the lease under your name then you'll pay $165 for the deposit and then first months rent. If you're young like me and have to have a parent sign then they will go through a credit check and if they pass you don't have to pay a deposit but if they don't pass then you'll have to pay first and last months rent.
