I am renting out a room in my four bedroom house. It is located near highway exit I25 and Hampden, close to Southmoor and Yale Lightrail stations. Walking distance to Safeway, King Soopers, Colorado Athletic Club, Parks and other amenities. House includes all bran new appliances, washer/dryer, large backyard, partially furnished living spaces and wifi. Roommates are young professionals working in the denver area and surrounding. Ranging in age between 23 and 30. Fun to be around, responsible, clean, and respectful of all persons living in house. Alcohol and 420 Friendly (to an extent). MUST BE CLEAN! The lease is month to month with a 30 day notice to vacate. Longer if everyone gets along. Rent is $750 everything included. Deposit is $300 (refundable). Pets are NOT ALLOWED. Natasha
