I have a four bedroom, 2500 square foot house in West Chester, OH and I'm looking for two housemates. Rent will be $600 or $550 a month depending on the room. What do you get for your money? For $600 the use of a private 15 x 14 furnished bedroom with queen bed. For $550 the use of a private 12 x 11 furnished bedroom with queen bed. You will share a bathroom with one other person. The bathroom has a drawer cabinet and a 7 shelve closet. You get three drawers and three shelves for your bathroom items. You will have access to all of the rooms on the first floor; living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and laundry. There is cable TV in the family room and you can use the WIFI. Rent month to month with a minimum of three months. No smoking. No pets. Rent is for one person to live in the room if you have someone who stays with you more then one night a week this isn't the place for you.
