Open Room in a large house

I am a home owner with one room open for rent. I currently have two other roommates that would be sharing a bathroom with new renter. It is a three level house with a finished basement, plenty of storage space. Includes a backyard. It is a 4 bedroom house with 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Roommates are 26y/o male, 27y/o female and 40 y/o male who are a couple and share a room. We currently have two cats, two dogs, and a snake. Pets are negotiable.
