I just bought a home and I'm also currently in a lease till November. I am looking for a roommate for at least 6 months. From May-oct I practically won't be there at all so you would have the whole house to yourself. If I can find someone who is ok with taking care of the utilities on their own till October that would be great if not that's ok also. Also this home till November is partially furnished and no kitchen stuff. I would be slowly moving stuff in as time goes on. Once October comes the house will be fully furnished. There's 3 bedrooms you can pick from and I believe 2 out of 3 have walk in closets. You will have your own bath. I keep the house very clean and I am particular about not it being cluttered. My style is very modern and all white.
