This condo is about 1000 sq. ft. with a small yard in the front, small shed with a washer and dryer, and is two stories. The total rent each month is $500 which includes rent, utilities, internet and Netflix access. I rent from a private owner and you would have a 6 month rental agreement with me. I do have one small dog that keeps to herself and is very clean. I am a non-smoker, don't do drugs and do not party. I am looking for a clean, respectful roommate who will not have strange visitors, does not smoke/do drugs, or have parties at the condo. You are more than welcome to have friends over as long as we communicate to each other first out of curtesy. Please no pets. If this sounds like a match please respond! The room will be available April 1st with first month's rent and a $500 refundable security deposit.
