Water & Sewer is complimentary as well. The bedroom includes a walk- in closet along with a full private bath. All utilities are included except electricity. The apartment is fully furnished. Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, a hot tub, a dog park, gaming stations, a game room, a sand volleyball court, and a clubhouse with Wi-Fi. There is also a list of activities to do within the community all free of cost. A few of those include the Hike and Bike trail, the Cyber Café, a Pool Table, Boot Camp class, the resort-style pool and Two High-Pressure Tanning Domes. Lastly the UTSA Shuttle Service is also completely complimentary. Females only please. This unit is made up of 4 bedrooms but each bedroom offers individual privacy in all aspects.
