We are a gay couple looking to rent out the master bedroom of our house. We are located in Southern Highlands close to the Cactus exit and close to shopping and amenities. The room is available June 8th. About the room: The room comes unfurnished. The master bedroom is located upstairs, it is rather large and currently has a queen sized bed and office comfortably. It is wired for cable, phone and we currently have high speed internet. Along with the bedroom there is an attached private bathroom with a shower, soaking tub, dual sinks, private water-closet, and large walk-in closet. About the house: Our house is in a gated community is Southern Highlands, we have travertine floors and vaulted ceilings downstairs as well as an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Everything in the common areas is already furnished, with leather sofas and antique dining room table. The separate family room boasts a 70 inch wifi HDTV with several overstuffed sofa and chairs. Outside there is a private pool with large waterfall features and attached jacuzzi. About us: Adam is 46, works in Public Safety and is rather outgoing socially. He enjoys playing poker, cooking, entertaining and is a huge animal lover. He enjoys experimenting making new cocktails and likes going out to movies. His pet peeves: people who talk a lot and don't allow other people to chime in on conversations. Alex is 32, is a visual artist and working towards a Masters in Counseling. He is social when in chill environments. He enjoys reading, painting, and working out. His pet peeve: Noisy smokey places. Who we are looking for: Age: 28-55 Non-smoker No pets We are looking for an emotionally mature, laid back person, who picks up after themselves and is able to communicate well. We would like someone who also enjoys socially drinking but isn't a big party person. We aren't strictly looking for gay roommates but we ask that you are open minded and respectful.
