I have a room I'm wanting to rent out. Located in south St. Louis about 20 minutes from downtown. Good neighborhood, nearby parks, and side street parking. It is a fairly large room, fully furnished with 2 large dressers and a queen bed/desk/nightstand. It is located on the second story with a half bath attached. Upstairs there is also a common living room and another guest room to be used for family visits. It is an 1,800 sq ft house with a fenced in backyard and pool. Fully updated kitchen and full bath located on the main floor along with the living room and a converted master bedroom. Laundry is located in the basement. I own this house and my girlfriend lives with me. She is a fulltime student and I work fulltime. We have 2 dogs; one medium sized husky dog and a small terrier. We are looking into renting out a room since this is a large house for the two of us and it'd be a way to make living more affordable. Rent includes ALL utilities along with Direct TV and U-Verse high speed internet. Renter would be responsible for purchasing their own groceries and any added expenses they might need. Would ideally like to have 3 professional references, proof of employment, and a meeting in person in order to make sure we all get along in order to make it a positive living environment for everyone. Rent would be due per month on the 1st prior to the month living here. No deposit necessary, but first month would be due upfront.
