Roommate Needed July 1st

I have a large apartment/room available just steps away from downtown Clayton/public transit. Move in would be July 1st (or as early as you can in July). I am a 24 year old, down to earth male, work as an engineer. There is in apartment laundry, dishwasher, and covered parking. The place is mostly furnished but plenty of room for your stuff!
