House is located in the Southside Slopes, right above 18th Street. We are right up the steps from Carson Street, but far enough away from the noise. We currently have 3 roommates, but are losing one in June. The house is a 4 bedroom w/ kitchen, living room, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, and back patio area, where we have a basketball hoop and a small pool we put up in the summer. We are all pretty laid back and keep pretty quite on weekdays. All of us have full time jobs and work in the daytime. Little about us: We all work downtown and our commute is about 10 minutes. We would like to keep the house, which is why we are looking to add someone. All 3 of us like to go out for dinner on weekdays, but keep it pretty quite. We normally will go out for a few drinks on weekends.
