Looking to fill a spot in a three bedroom apartment. The bathroom and kitchen have recently been redone and the bedroom and living room are huge! The apartment is located on the fifth floor and there is also an elevator. The other three roommates are FEMALE undergrads at Emmanuel College and looking for a similar fourth roommate. Short walk from Fenway Park, Kenmore area, Emmanuel, Simmons, Wheelock, Wentworth, Boston University, Comm Ave., Emerson, Northeastern, MCPHS, and MassART!! The lease starts September 1st!! This apartment really is a steal, we reserved it in January but the fourth roommate is transferring colleges so unfortunately can't live there.
