I'm looking for a lease takeover or a long term sublet (2 semesters) for my huge room in a 2bd apartment on Fenway. The room overlooks the park - gets so much light + great view. There is a big living room, and the other room is occupied by a Berklee student. The rent includes heat/hot water. There's laundry in the building and I can throw in a few items of furniture also.
