Me and my Boyfriend currently rent a 3 bedroom house that has a basement for storage, and fenced in front and back yard. One room is held by us. Current roommate is moving. Cats are present in the house and we would allow another pet so long as it is trained and does not destroy anything (nor will we clean up after it since we have to clean after our own). We do have washer and dryer and wifi. Deposit is $450 so bills are paid in advance that way when you move out we use the deposit towards bills for previous month.
