I have a single bedroom available in a renovated monastery building. The location is great for down town and the building is beautiful. There are many amenities included (internet, pool, gym, off street parking, washer dryer in unit). There is one bathroom but it has two showers so you would have your own shower. The living room is a massive space with stained glass windows and offers a great place to lay low after a long day.
