I am looking for a second roommate for my large 2 story, 3000sq.ft newly rehabbed home in south city. The right roommate will have no children and no dogs, as we already have 3 dogs on property. cats will be considered. asking $500 with a $200 deposit which will be returned upon move out. This house is beautiful and 100% rehabbed with first floor laundry, large fenced yard for parking and located in a safe south city neighborhood. the room available is on first floor, large with semi private full bathroom.
