I am beginning a lease October 1st for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse in Brewerytown, just West of Fairmount/Art Museum. I'm looking for a roommate to rent the additional bedroom on the ground level of the apartment. It would be unfurnished and has an attached private bathroom. Upstairs is the shared living space, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and second bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen also has a dining area that leads to a small balcony. There is a full-size washer/dryer in unit. Utilities are not included in the rent and would be split 50/50 (approx. $150/mo. all-in). NOTE: Pictures are from the previous tenant.
