SHARE with other Grad Students Temple University Medical/ Sciences Campus including Dental, Podiatry, Law, etc Off-Campus Housing, Grad Students love our place because it is for serious students. We are looking for two more room mates at our place we call "The The Commons Around The Corner" (see 6 min video on ) We walk home in 10 minutes each day while others fall asleep on the bus or subway heading back from Class or Rounds at the Hospital. We have one Grad student form Italy, attending Shriner's Hospital for his Internship. We have 5 fully furnished master bedroom suites. But two of them are waiting for you. Your furnished suite includes a Private bath, study desk, bed, night stand, private mini refrigerator, dresser, lamps, ceiling fan, wardrobe mirror, and nice lighted closet. We share the living room, dining room (can seat 8), granite conversation bar, galley kitchen, pantry cabinets, guest powder room at the first floor. On the second floor we have a laundry alcove including washer and dryer, and fold down ironing board. Just bring detergent. On the third floor we share a small study loft with pub-table and comfy leather chair for quiet reading (or napping). Out back we have a private patio w/ gas grill, table, chairs, and an umbrella. We are like minded serious grad students from Korea, Chicago by way of Utah, Germany, and Italy. Join us and share the load. PS we have a cleaning person that cleans the common areas every other month.
