Retired teacher renting rooms in South Minneapolis home. Home is a split level dwelling in a quiet part of Minneapolis near 2 bus routes and 35W. Martin Luther King Park is 2 blocks west of me, across the freeway and Phelps park is 5 blocks on the east side. Focus is on renting to one person per room (no double occupancy). No pets at this time. Two baths (one with shower and the other with tub). Rooms are furnished, we share kitchen and large dining area. You may bring small frig if you do not want to share freezer and house frig. Mary
