Currently looking to sublet my room to a female. The lease is for one bedroom in a three bedroom apartment and runs until July 25, 2016. You will have your own room but will share a bathroom with one other female. The lease includes a covered parking space and all appliances including, stove, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, etc. Rent is $669 and that includes all utilities and parking space. Your rent will never fluctuate and you will pay the same amount the first of every month. You will not need to pay a deposit and when the lease is up you will get to keep my deposit that I paid when I first moved in. The apartment comes fully furnished and is within walking distance of ASU. Easy freeway access and located just a few minutes away from Tempe Marketplace. It is also within walking distance of the Orbit and other modes of public transportation.
