We are three young lawyers ranging in age from 31 to 33 years of age (two males and one female) who all commute downtown for work. We are pretty easy going and respectful of each other and each other's things. We like to keep the house clean, and we share chores. We occasionally have BBQs but not as often now that we work so much. We sometimes like to share a drink after work or when watching sporting events, but this is by no means a party house. We have two cats. The house is located in a safe neighborhood in Hawaii Kai. It has a balcony and back porch, and it is fully furnished with a couch and other seating, TV, dining table, pool table, kitchen necessities, high efficiency washer/dryer, grill, etc. The room is furnished with a full-size bed and a computer desk. Utilities are split by the number of people in the house. They include internet, digital cable, sewer, water, lawn service, and electric. You will get your own room and bathroom. There is plenty of street parking available. This house is in HAWAII KAI. We are looking for a responsible roommate who is like-minded and similar in age. No other pets allowed. We may consider a couple for an increase rate, but we are really looking for single occupancy. We are more about finding the "right fit" rather than just trying to fill the room, so please tell us about yourself.
