Office has a 24 hour gym and pool as well as 24 hour emergency maintenance. Rent is $550 per month with a $250 security deposit which will be refunded to you if you stay until the regular lease is up in June and leave everything in good condition. I'm pretty easygoing, just looking for someone average to above average cleanliness and who isn't super loud. NO CATS, I am allergic.
