We have a room in our pad up for rent. The duplex is a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom. It's about 1,300 sq ft. Garage ( its been converted into a chill area/ studio. Backyard. Two awesome dogs live in the house as well! Rent is 430$ a month, plus utilities. They come out to a little over a hundred. You would need to be reliable and PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME!!! Also would need to be on the lease until March. Potential to stay longer. Anyway, looking to fill the room asap!!
