The Bedroom is spacious!! 11' by 10'... it comes with its own closet. The bathroom is separate and is shared with two other female housemates. The bathroom also has granite sink space, as well as a shower+bath. Washer and Dryer are in the apartment, so we don't have to walk far for clean clothes :D ... This apartment is super spacious, well-lit, and clean, located in a green and quiet neighborhood. There are High vaulted ceilings throughout most of the place and it is on the third floor, so there are no noisy upstairs neighbors. We currently have couches and a tv in the living room area, as well as a kitchen table and chairs in the kitchen area. We're happy to share pots and pans, as long as the dishes are cleaned properly. We have a no-shoes policy in the apt, so the carpet is VERY clean. We clean once a week and divide the chores amongst the house mates. there is plenty of street parking. Also, this place has awesome amenities: a gym, a movie theater, two pools and jacuzzis, a business center to study, relax, surf the web and print out necessary documents. There is also a shuttle to UCSD and Vons during the morning and early evening.
