Looking for a roommate (female) to share the master bedroom of a large house on the Mesa. The bedroom has a private full bathroom and two separate closets. House has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms occupied by students and young professionals who have recently graduated. Rent is $750/month with all utilities included apart from $7/month for wifi and $15/month for water. Deposit is one month's rent of $750. I am a Biology student studying at SBCC and have been in Santa Barbara for three years. In my free time I enjoy going on runs, yoga, hiking, dancing, going to the beach, and socializing with friends. Looking for a female roommate that is CLEAN, responsible, pays rent on time, and is an easy going person that enjoys socializing but doesn't need to be throwing parties at the house on a weekly basis.
