This is a 4 bed/2 bath and currently has room for 1 roommate. Myself and new roommate are both very easy going, professional, but still enjoy weekends. Ages 24-40 Male or Female are okay. We prefer professionals, but still like to have fun on weekends so we are lenient on that as well. Looking for someone to take the Master bedroom (available 4/1/16). We do have an extra room available ASAP, but that will only be for a month and then you will have to move to the Master. Rent would be prorated from $520/mo on that room, then we have another roommate. She will be coming on April 1st for the extra bedroom in which you would have to go to the Master. Master bed has attached bathroom and is 15' x 12' with wood flooring, attached sliding doors to lanai/pool. Rent will be $620 for master, other rooms pay $520. This is an unfurnished master bedroom. House includes a Washer/Dryer hookup (my roommate will be taking hers with her when she leaves so those will be empty) 2 Car Garage Please note the house already has high speed internet, wifi, cable Bills are not included in the pricing Here are the last 3 months of bills average: Internet/cable = $160 total Electric = $140 Water = $50 Lawn = $50 **************************************************************************************** Pest Control = None yet, but we haven't had a problem (trust me I would get it if we had a bug problem) These are the only bills we have.
