All pics are roommate space except shared kitchen. I have my entire 2nd floor available for roommate with a door at top of stairs with key that separates the living space from rest of the house. There are 3 rooms and the last roommate used the larger room as a living room, medium room as bedroom, smaller room as office/computer room. There are 3 closets one being a walk in type with additional storage on the floor that can be used. Basically, you have your own private living area. You would have your own private bathroom in my finished basement. The bathroom is attached to the laundry room. You would also have one parking spot inside the garage. During summer months the yard is very nice and pineridge golf course is in my back yard.
