Hey -- 2 30-something females looking for a third roommate for our amazing apartment in the Fishtown / Port Richmond area. Room up for grabs is essentially the entire second floor -- there's a small living room with built-in shelves and a shared kitchen space. Then your room with half bath. As for the rest of the apartment, on the first floor there's a common landing room, with access to shower/bathroom (shared with one roommate) and basement with free washer/dryer + storage. Through 1st floor room in the back there is a great patio space. 3rd floor is bedroom only, but with own bathroom. Off the 3rd floor, and open to all, is an amazing deck, with access to roof for 4th of July fireworks viewing, etc. Very cheap rent, shared cost of utilities, and the apartment is newer and really well taken care of. There are 3 cats in the apartment currently, super friendly and get along. The place is full of art and posters -- come check it out!
