This is a town home located in the Chestnut Square apartment building in University City. This 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom is located centrally on Drexel's campus and only minutes from Penn's campus. The apartment is fully furnished and move in ready. Three other girls will be living there in their own rooms and the bathroom will be shared with one other girl who is extremely Tidy. The building has many amenities such as a gym, game room, indoor virtual golf, movie theatre and study rooms. The building is safe and is monitored 24 hours a day by security. The price for the apartment is normally priced at $1,119. My roommates all pay $1,079 per month and I pay $1,059 a month due to a discount I received.
