Home is 5 min from I40, and another 4 min to the I25. Central Avenue, (west side) is a major east-west street in Albuquerque, is also 5 min away. Home is close to markets, restaurants, schools, airport, etc. If you don't have a car, the bus is close by and very near Central Ave. AMENITIES ARE; washer/dryer full acces to furnished kitchen, & yard spaces. respected personal allotted kitchen cupboards & frig space for your food, etc. hi speed wi-fi extra storage space an option. possible availability for pet, but discussion needed, with extra cost for damage deposit Home has sweet view of Sandia Mountains and city of Albuquerque close central bus lines for transport if needed 1 mile from grocery stores close to walking parks and paths Easy access to other food markets, shopping areas and schools. Close to the bosque, Biopark; botannical gardens, zoo, etc. First month rent required up front with $150 cleaning security deposit, refundable if no damage and left clean. Though it is for one to two months, we will sign a contract that serves to protect us both, stating these given details and what our agreement is.
