Spacious bedroom available for a June 1st move in a 3 bedroom house in East Nashville (Lockeland Springs), a block away from Lockeland Table, an 8-minute walk to 5 Points and the shops on Fatherland, and a 15-minute walk to the Walden Complex (Jeni's, Ugly Mugs, Climb Nashville, Two ten jack etc). Housemate 1: 35 year old British guy, professor at Vanderbilt hobbies include pottery, pilates, hot yoga, pizza. Politically I'm liberal/left wing, LGBTQ-friendly, and keep pretty quiet during the week (work too much for weeknight partying) but occasionally host dinner parties, game nights, or beers on the porch. Tend to go out on weekends. Hoping to get a fire pit and barbecue started in the backyard this summer. Housemate 2: 29 year old woman, dental hygienist, arriving from new york. Enjoys yoga, Pilates, hiking, napping, cooking from time to time, traveling, exploring, wine. Looking for someone who is friendly and easygoing, ideally with a career and willing to keep things pretty quiet after 10 PM during the week but also not a hermit. Occasionally leaving a dish in the sink overnight isn't a problem, but it's important that each housemate clean up after themselves and proactively take on house chores.
