Looking for a roommate to replace me in the half a duplex I am renting in the Sisters neighborhood. 1 bedroom available with shared living areas (bathroom, study/guest room, backyard, front porch, and open first floor including living room, dining room, kitchen). There is also a large basement for storage and a w/d hookup. Great location! Close to Arts Riot, Speeder and Earls, Callahan Park, Citizen Cider, and less than 1/4 mile from bike path and a mile from Church St, Waterfront Park, and Oakledge. Rent is $770 per month plus utilities. We split internet, gas, electric, and trash (averaging $100 per month). Ideally looking for someone to move in May 20th. Date is flexible though and could be as late as June 1st. Picture 1 is of the front of the house, the following three (2-4) are of the downstairs. The next three (5-7)are of my gorgeous lofted bedroom. Pictures 8 and 9 are of the shared study/guest room followed by our pretty backyard.
