Come live in our big house with us (less than one mile from Sugarhouse)! Our home has a lovely garden, greenhouse, hot tub, yoga room, music room, and lots of extra rooms to hang out. We are a couple, and we like to spend our time growing/preparing food, playing outdoor sports and socializing. Currently, two other guys live with us, and we are looking for one more housemate to join our community. You will have your own big room (two big windows and a nice size closet) + extra storage space in the house. We all share 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. We are NOT open to having more than one person share the room and we also DON'T allow dogs/cats. PERKS - All utilities and Internet are included! Therapeutic practices are supported; we have yoga mats/props, inversion table, gravity boots, ping-pong table and soaks after work in the hot tub are encouraged. We have tons of produce from the garden to share in the spring, summer, and fall along with useful kitchen gadgets (Vitamix, Ninja, ice cream makers, pasta makers, slow cookers, etc.) We are a also happily solar powered! TERMS - We ask first month's rent as well as a deposit equal to your rent and a background check ($25). Your total cost for moving in will be $1225 ($600 fully refundable deposit + $25 nonrefundable background check + $600 first month's rent).
