We have two rooms for rent in East Point on Marta. Rooms rent for 500 unfurnished and furnished 525. All utilities paid. Includes cable and internet as amenities. Washer and Dryer on premises.There is a 3 car carport in back for parking. Walmart next door, Marta right in front of house. House is very clean . Would like someone who will share responsibilities of house duties and keep the house clean. Background and employment will be verified. Social Security and Disability also accepted.
