This is an intentional co-operative house. So we are looking for people who seek and rather live with an intention to be in positive relationships and share responsibilities and make the people they live with part of their family and community. We have house meetings and shared meals and do activities together. We have a lot of experience in communal living and have many resources and ideas on our webpage that we share with people when we know they are really interested in living here. This is a clean and well accommodating house with a huge and we mean huge quiet back yard. Located on a peaceful warm-hearted block in a very diverse neighborhood. It is close to main thoroughfares, public transportation (4 bus routes are in walking distance), and only 15 - 20 minutes drive to center of Denver (Cap Hill). We are not into 420 so please do not apply if your into that or heavy drinking. its more mindfulness based house.
