I am subletting my room for the summer (the months of June, July, and August). The house is in a great neighborhood, on a 2 block radius from 4 different bus stops (, and 74), and has a porch and backyard if you ever just want to spend time outside and not leave the house! You will only be a few blocks from the busy areas. The apartment in the house has a great kitchen (fully equipped) and a nice sized living room. There is a washer/dryer unit in the upstairs bathroom. There will be other people living in the other rooms but you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other person (there are 3 bathrooms in the whole unit). If you have a car, you can either park behind the house or on the street. If you have a bike, there is a hallway you can put it in (we like to keep the front door locked) or you can lock it to the metal stair rail outside. The pictures: 1. The room unfurnished 2.
